Hello there!
Hello there!
Hello there!
My name's Kim Siew. I'm an artist and educator living in Sydney, Australia.

I tell stories through mural art and illustration, full of quirky, playful characters that bring a little smile to your day.
Alongside my mural and illustration work, I teach workshops in story building.
Participants are guided through the creation of their own stories using techniques such as zine making, puppet making and book binding.
Take a look at the classes I teach here.

Oh, I'm also a lover of stationary and craft.
You can find and purchase my paper puppets, stationary, zines and other fun merchandise online at my
Etsy shop Akisiew.

Last Night We Dreamt (zine | exhibition)

One of 5 original zines I created for the Unfolding exhibition with Sydney artist Rosell's Creatures at Kinokuniya's Wedge Gallery, Sydney. I also exhibited collaborative zine Memory Box Of the Time Being, which was "read" whilst listening to a soundscape created by Sydney musician Emma Davis.
